For children and teens, a move can be especially stressful. It requires adjusting to a new home, changing schools, and developing new friendships. The Kids in Transition program provides social opportunities for children and their parents through:

• Pre-school playgroups at local parks and indoor playgrounds
• Family gatherings, such as holiday parties, movie matinees and gymnastics parties
• Teen events, such as go-cart racing, rock climbing and mini golf
